Reservations

At the time of booking, these are the applicable cancellation policies for the transportation service. We recommend that you carefully read our cancellation policies:

1. Rates displayed on the site or quoted by Elías Express executives are valid only on the day they were quoted. Rates may change without notice.
2. To confirm your reservation, Elías Express will need to have an advance payment of at least 60%.
3. For return reservations to the airport, a 20% advance payment will be requested.
4. Proof of advance payments will have to be received within the next 3 calendar days as a limit, after having obtained the quote from Elías Express by email.
5. To pay or advance your reservation for any of our transportation services, you can do so through credit card, debit card, bank transfer through PayPal or bank deposit.
6. For cancellations with or without prior notice to the date of service, there will be no refunds.
7. A reservation is considered complete when you made the requested advance payment in a timely manner and, in turn, received confirmation from Elías Express.
8. Changes to reservations or cancellations can be requested via email or by calling our offices directly.
9. All changes will be subject to availability.
